The Company:
A leading provider of catering to the UK’s education sector.
The Role:
My client is looking for an experienced Chef Manager to join the team at this unit. You will be heading up the catering operations within the unit and also have a strong front of house presence. Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of education catering and also the financials behind it. Strong man management skill will be essential along with excellent communication skills from client through to pupil.
The Ideal Candidate:
Ideally you will be in a similar role already
Have great experience in catering and hospitality
You will have an NVQ level 1 or 2 in food preparation
An excellent attitude towards work which filters through your staff
Motivational
Computer literate
Excellent due diligence and sound knowledge of H&S
Financial Acumen
Excellent communication skills
