The financial year closed at the end of August showed a 21% increase in turnover, to 10 billion euro.
Uniqlo’s Japanese sales increased by 4.7% last year to 5.2 billion euro.
However, the brand’s domestic sales fell 51.7%, compared to 59.8% the previous year.
Uniqlo’s international sales increases 64.7% to 3 billion euro. The brand’s export sales now account for 29% of Fast Retailing’s sales, compared to 22% the previous year.
Regarding the Global Brands section, which brings together the Group’s other brands, Fast Retailing announces a 1.8 billion euro increase (+21.8%). The activity thus remains stable in its turnover at 18.2% (+0.2 points).
