"Competitive innovation’ and ‘unique differentiation’ are the keys to succeeding in the retail real estate market according to an overview of last week’s Mall China convention.
The theme of the 12th Annual Conference of Mall China International Symposium was ‘The Competitiveness of the Future Shopping Mall’. Each session provided a detailed insight into the current stage of industry’s development, with two full days of conference and forum covering industry hot spots and problems.
Mall China’s management committee concluded that “Competitive innovation” in stock and “unique differentiation” in the incremental market are the two major modes of success in China’s commercial real estate industry.
More than 500 delegates from global leading commercial real estate firms and China’s leading commercial real estate developers, investors and operators gathered in Beijing for the event last week.
