In order to meet today fast consumers' changing needs, the challenge was to introduce a new retail code to maximize and emphasize the quality of relationship with clients through a more personalized consultancy approach where innovative technological solutions support to migrate clients to other channels
Tradition and modernity are harmonized within a new retail banking model named after the ‘Connecting Bank' concept which is connected to the world of BNL and BNP Paribas and their mission & values.
A new staff operational model has been designed: it is supported by new technological features that allow greater flexibility in the mobility within the branch. New PDL mobile portable devices have been implemented with Wi-Fi service within every point of the bank branch, allowing the staff to freely move in the open space and waiting area.
Two design elements have been used to describe the world of BNL. The swallow bird is a shape developed from the brand logo, which represents flexibility and movement. This shape is translated into the modular furniture system.
The star is also connected to the brand logo and is translated into the coloured lighting used in the consultation rooms.
The second design element consists in contemporary cocooning, which has been translated into linearm modern but yet comfortable consultation booth. Humanized technology has been translated into the usage of technology solutions and LED materials.
