Louisville, KY-based WILD EGGS RESTAURANT CAFE (founded 2007) has increased by 1 unit, from 7 to 8 (14% growth). The restaurants are family/casual, open for breakfast and lunch, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.

Locations have full bar service and seating for about 80. Franchising is available. The restaurants trade in CO and KY.
New York, NY-based BLOSSOM RESTAURANTS (founded 2005) has increased by 1 unit for the Blossom Du Jour concept, from 4 to 5 (25% concept growth). Other concepts are Blossom (3), Blossom Bakery (1) and V Note (1). Overall company increase was from 9 to 10 (11% growth). The restaurants are mostly upscale, serving vegetarian cuisine. Meal periods are lunch and dinner, with a $15-$50+ per person check average. Beer and wine are served and seating is for around 50. The restaurants offer catering, banquet and delivery services. All locations are in NY.
Seattle, WA-based BLUE MOON BURGERS has increased by 1 unit, from 3 to 4 (33% growth). This fast casual burger concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $10-$30+ per person check average. Beer and wine are served and seating is for about 80. Online ordering is available. All the locations are in WA.
Altamonte Springs, FL-based TIJUANA FLATS BURRITO COMPANY (founded 1995) has increased by 14 units, from 101 to 115 (14% growth) and entered into SC. This fast casual Mexican concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person price range. Beer and wine are served and average seating is for about 80. Phoenix, AZ-based FIRED PIE has increased by 5 units, from 6 to 11 (83% growth). The pizzerias are fast casual, open for lunch and dinner. Per person price range is $6-$15+, serving beer and wine. Average seating is for about 70. Catering is available. All locations are in AZ.

Salt Lake City, UT-based CAFE RIO (founded 1997) has increased by 18 units, from 70 to 88 (26% growth). The restaurants are fast casual, open for lunch and dinner. Per person price range is $4-$12+. Average seating is for around 100. Catering and online ordering options are available. Trading areas are AZ, CA, CO, ID, MD, MT, NV, UT, VA, WA and WY. We last featured this concept on 6/24/14 (11% growth).
