We are looking for experienced, dedicated, responsible, dependable and positive food service personnel who want to participate and share in our growth. Our first truck has been out for 2 months (more to follow), and we are looking to expand our lunch and special event stops to include a dinner shift ASAP, and possibly a breakfast shift. English language and professional communications skills are required. Bilingual a plus - especially Italian!

Driver/Cook/Shift Leader requirements:
Valid CA Food Handlers Card.
VALID CA Drivers License/Clean driving record and feel confident driving a 24ft food truck.
Reliable personal transportation to and from the commissary in Los Angeles.
Ability to work and control the prep kitchen.
Experienced Line Cook (prefer Italian food experience, but not absolute).
Experience with inventory control, order placement, and managing others.
Adherence to company policies and requirements at all times along with all food safety regulations.
Participate in load/unload for events (Must be able to lift up to 35lbs)
Be self-motivated and inspire the best in others.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of most popular platforms of social media.
Coordinate inventory, staffing, and location schedules.
Cashier requirements:
Be Very Personable and Passionate about Making Customers Feel Like Family!
Excellent communication skills.
Dependable transportation and communication device.
Ability to communicate well with a team.
Valid CA Food Handlers Card required. (Or be willing to get one.)
Control the ACCURACY of the Customers Initial Order.
Balance Cash Box/Petty Cash & record daily sales.
Experience with most popular platforms of social media.
Assist in coordinating inventory, staffing, and location schedules.
