Obsessed with flying from a young age, Mandy was one of the first female pilots to serve in a front line Tornado GR4 squadron and played an active role in the conflict in Iraq.
Mandy has twenty years’ service in the Royal Air Force, as part of an elite group of fast jet pilots, under her belt and provides a vivid insight into the leadership, teamwork and communication required to define and realise specific goals in high-pressure situations. She also focuses on the value of honest and open de-briefing after any project or phase – something the RAF always do, but which businesses often overlook.
