The project formula is recognized and present in the italian market with 15 stores and several trademarks, including the huge White Gallery recently opened, in the heart of Eur (Rome). As well as  the outlet in Valmontone and particularly the outlet to be opened  soon in Parco Leonardo.

 

The very nice scenery outdoor and the exceptionally  attention to detail of the indoor show a large and open space, with an impressive entrance hall, huge walkway and stairways and a very nice view. The Outlet Project’s design takes the inspiration from some of the major international  Shopping Centers.  He is present into the Italian market with different brands and fifteen stores, including the great “White Gallery” recently opened in the heart of  Eur (Rome).
 
The outlet covers an area of 6,000 square meters on two floors - ground floor and 1st floor - located in the heart of Sistema delle Piazze at Parco Leonardo. There are about 30 shops and a central square that is the primary characteristic of the project. Moreover, the square is designed to welcome various  trade fairs including antiques, collectibles, local products, etc ... and also great trade shows and entertainment  events dedicated to our customer’s delight.

Location

OUTLET PROJECT AT PARCO LEONARDO is located in the town of Fiumicino, near Rome, just 5 minutes driving from the international airport Leonardo da Vinci and 6 km from the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome (GRA).

 

It is strategically positioned along the highway Rome-Fiumicino just 2 km from the ring motorway A12 Roma-Civitavecchia.

 

The Rome-Fiumicino motorway is linking the city of Rome to the airport. A high rate of  urban development growth showed during the recent time and is definitely growing in coming years.
Recent area developments are including the new exhibition centres in Rome, the central offices, the Interport of Fiumicino, as well as the residential projects and a park across the highway.
