Greer, SC (RestaurantNews.com) Looking for a delicious way to raise money for your organization? Then, host your next fundraising event at Ryan’s®, HomeTown Buffet® or Old Country Buffet®! The family-style buffet restaurants are inviting non-profits and community groups of all sizes to host a tasty fundraising meal at their restaurants with the Ticket Fundraiser Program.
“We are committed to serving our local communities and the people who reside in them,” said Rob Crews, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Ovation Brands®. “Through our Ticket Fundraisers, organizations can bring together friends and family for an enjoyable meal while raising funds for their organization. All they have to do is sell the tickets and we will take care of the rest.”
How It Works
The simple process makes fundraising a breeze and there are no upfront costs for participating organizations! Select the date and time of your event with seatings available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then, your designated restaurant will create, print and ship the personalized tickets for your event for you to sell. The tickets are good for one unlimited buffet meal and a choice of beverage during your selected seating. Hours vary by location. Call your local store for details.
Breakfast tickets are offered at $5.50, lunch for $6.50 and dinner for $8.50. You may sell the tickets at the price point you find appropriate, then keep the difference. For instance, if you sell 200 dinner tickets at $15 a piece, your organization will raise $1,300!
Two days before the event, bring the payment for the number of tickets sold along with any unsold tickets to the restaurant hosting the fundraiser. This ensures that the restaurant may have enough made-from-scratch food and helpful staff on hand to make your event a success! Then, come enjoy the meal with your guests and indulge an expansive menu all while raising money for your great cause.
