We finally made it..we will be opening in one of the most prestigious locations in London, consonant with our product in quality and style.
It was a real long journey that started in February 2014 with the franchise exhibition at Excel, then with a presentation Party in Piccadilly Circus in March. We then went on to open a test store in the area of Stratford performing countless checks, market research (with the most important, specialised market research companies in the world).
We then partnered with the Natwest to help our franchisee and partners get financial support, following on we managed to confirm the partnership with the most famous crowdfunding organisation in the world.
Long and complex was the road, with innumerable and unusual problems that the team was not prepared for, but with the inclusion of new operational leadership we have been able to cope and proceed.
We also fought against the walls that did not want to dry ..but the greatest satisfaction we have had has been the many people intrigued by the work that have stopped to ask when we will be opening, this has confirmed the correct choice to open here and we can't wait to welcome everyone in to taste our wonderful Hot chocolate and all other specialties.
